Concrete Parking Pads
A parking pad is a small driveway and deserves the same care. What you park on it, the base, the thickness, the joints, and the drainage all still apply, and the access route to the pad matters as much as the pad itself.
Sizing and access
Pad dimensions are set from the vehicle plus door clearance and walking space, and the approach is laid out so you can position the vehicle without driving over landscaping.
What we build it for
Base depth, thickness, and steel reinforcement are set from the vehicle and your soil. A pad holding a work truck is not the same slab as a pad holding a compact car.
Drainage
Pads slope so water leaves. A flat pad in a low corner of a yard becomes a pond, then an ice sheet, then a heaved slab.
