Concrete driveway installation, replacement, repair and expansion are the work we do every week. A driveway carries repeated vehicle loading, plow and shovel contact, de icer exposure and Colorado freeze thaw cycling, so the base, thickness, reinforcement and jointing decisions are different from a patio or a shed slab.

Because the driveway is our focus, our crews and forming methods are built around that one structure, and every contract follows the same plan, rather than being adapted from unrelated concrete work.

We explain everything in person, follow that up with a comprehensive proposal, and finally lock everything in with a transparent contract before the project starts. The digging depth, base material and compaction, slab thickness, steel, concrete mix, drainage, joint layout, finish, and curing are all in that contract.

Putting it in writing lets you compare proposals on the same terms. Where a decision depends on conditions we can only see once we start digging, such as the quality of the ground itself, your contract says so plainly, along with how we would handle it.

The owner of Driveway King brings 21 years of Colorado concrete construction experience to every evaluation and every project. That experience is local and specific: clay soils that swell and shrink, steep approaches, seasonal moisture swings, high altitude sun, and aggressive winter deicing.

Driveway King will beat a written comparable estimate from an established local concrete company when the work, materials, plan, and payment terms are equivalent.

To be comparable, the competing estimate must be in writing, from an established local company, and state the same excavation, base, thickness, steel, mix, drainage, jointing, and warranty terms. Estimates that leave out these details, or that come from an unlicensed or out of area provider, cannot be matched. Restrictions apply and final terms are stated in the signed contract.

Eligible projects may begin with no upfront payment. Exact payment timing, milestones, and final payment terms are stated in your signed contract before work starts.

Eligibility depends on project size and approval requirements. Not every project qualifies, and we will tell you during the estimate whether yours does.

Qualified customers may receive 0% in house financing under written eligibility, payment, and project terms. Approval, term length, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before construction begins.

You work directly with the owner for the site visit, the comprehensive proposal, and project oversight. There is no commissioned sales representative between you and the person responsible for how the driveway is built.

A three year workmanship warranty is available on qualifying projects. Our standard is one year, with two more years available for a fee based on project size. Coverage, exclusions, and owner responsibilities, including deicer use, drainage maintenance, and vehicle loading, are stated in the signed contract.

Concrete develops fine surface cracking as a normal part of how the material cures. The warranty covers defects in workmanship, not normal shrinkage cracking, damage from chemical deicers, or changes caused by conditions outside our work.

Driveway King is licensed, bonded, and insured for its contracted work. Documentation is available for review before construction begins, and permits are pulled where the jurisdiction requires them.
