Tell us where the driveway is and what you need

You do not need to diagnose the concrete or prepare a detailed construction plan. Tell us about the issue in your own words: cracked panels, a rough garage connection, uneven sections, a worn surface or a driveway that no longer fits the way you use the property.

If you also want an extension, new apron or adjoining walkway, include that in your message. We will separate the work areas as the scope develops.

Prefer email? Send your address and project description to info@drivewayking.com. We are based in Colorado Springs and serve Monument, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker and South Denver Metro. Your request lets us confirm the location and next step.

What happens after you contact Driveway King

  1. We review your project details. Tell us about the property, the problem and any preferred timing.
  2. We call to confirm the next step. We discuss the work you are considering and arrange the evaluation.
  3. The owner evaluates the project. The site visit considers the driveway's condition, measurements, access, garage connection and grades.
  4. You receive a written proposal. It defines the included construction, price, payment timing and applicable terms.
  5. We confirm the agreement and schedule. Construction timing is established through the agreed project and current availability.

The owner's 21 years of Colorado concrete experience inform the evaluation, proposal and oversight. Your estimate is the start of a defined construction plan with direct owner involvement.

Completed driveway project in Rockrimmon

Residential driveway beside gravel landscaping in Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs

Residential driveway beside gravel landscaping. Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs. Completed September 2024. 1,000 sq ft.

A September 2024 Driveway King project in Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs, replaced 1,000 square feet of concrete beside gravel landscaping. The existing driveway had broken edges and worn panels. The homeowner wanted a consistent surface with a clearly defined landscape boundary.

The work included pulling back the adjacent landscape gravel and keeping it separate from the structural base. After removal, ground evaluation and base compaction, form work established the driveway edges and drainage elevations. Supported reinforcement, a broom finish and planned joints completed the new concrete work.

Landscape gravel was returned after the edge work. The finished approach had a clear perimeter beside the surrounding material. It is a practical example of why the estimate should define adjoining landscape work as well as the driveway itself.

What the written proposal covers

A complete replacement includes more than the concrete you see at the end. Your proposal identifies the work area and the included removal, haul off, ground preparation, base correction, compacted gravel, form work, reinforcement, concrete, finish, joints and curing.

It also defines the relationship to the garage, existing concrete and driveway edges. Drainage features, street aprons, curbs, gutters and landscape restoration are identified separately where they are part of the project. This makes the boundary between driveway work and adjoining work clear before construction begins.

Some ground conditions become visible only after demolition. We define the included preparation and use written scope and price approval for additional work before proceeding. Payment timing, project changes and warranty terms belong in the agreement alongside the construction details.

Helpful information, when you have it

Photos can show the full approach and the areas concerning you. Approximate width and length can help with the first budget discussion. Neither is a requirement to contact us.

Mention an RV, trailer or heavy vehicle that uses the driveway, limited equipment access, a steep approach or other construction planned at the house. Also tell us if this is your only route to the garage or if household access needs special planning. These details help us prepare for the evaluation.

See the budget before choosing the scope

Our cost guide gives current replacement planning benchmarks of $10 per square foot for entry conditions, $15 for typical work and $22 or more for complex projects. The written proposal establishes the actual price for your property's area and conditions.

If payment options matter to your decision, ask about financing. Zero down is available for eligible projects, and 0% in house financing is available to qualified customers. Approval and the payment terms are confirmed in writing.

The standard workmanship warranty is one year. Two additional years are available for a fee on qualifying jobs. Review the written warranty with your proposal so the coverage and care requirements are clear.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum information I need to request an estimate?

For the form, provide your name, phone number and email, plus the property address and a short description. You can also call to get started. Photos, dimensions and detailed specifications can come later.

Will the owner be involved in my project?

Yes. Driveway King's owner handles the site visit, proposal and oversight. The work is developed around the conditions at your property and the scope you agree to.

Can I ask for replacement and an extension in the same request?

Yes. Describe the current driveway and the additional area you want. The proposal can address the connected project while keeping the measurements, preparation and work limits clear.

Can you review another contractor's proposal with me?

Yes. Bring the specifications and included work so the comparison addresses the same area, preparation, materials and adjoining work. A total price alone does not show those differences.

Does submitting the form commit me to the project?

No. It starts the project discussion and evaluation. Construction proceeds through an agreed scope, project agreement and schedule.

Can you confirm my final price from a few photographs?

Photos support the initial conversation. The written price depends on the proposed measurements, access, visible conditions and a defined scope, including the process for concealed conditions.
