I bring 21 years of Colorado concrete construction experience to the questions homeowners ask about their driveways. My job starts with understanding your property and what you need the driveway to do.
A price discussed over the phone is a starting point. At the property, I look at the driveway's size, slope, access, drainage, visible damage, and intended vehicle use. Those details help explain the work behind the price.
I recommend repair when it can provide years of useful function. I discuss replacement when deterioration is widespread or a repair is likely to fail quickly. When the existing concrete hides the condition of the ground, I explain what I suspect and what we still need to find out.
I put the proposed work, exclusions, price, and schedule in writing so you can understand what you are buying.
