We explain everything in person
We meet you at your driveway, look at what you have, check where water is going, and explain what it will take to fix it. You get straight answers on the spot instead of a number texted from a truck.

You get a comprehensive proposal
Everything we talked about comes to you in writing. How thick the concrete will be, what goes underneath it, where water will drain, how long it takes, and what it costs. All in plain language you can compare against anyone else.

We lock it in with a transparent contract
Price, materials, schedule and warranty are all in the contract before the project starts. Nothing gets added later without your say so, and nothing starts until you are comfortable.

We build it and walk it with you
The same company that met you at your driveway does the work. We protect it while it cures, tell you when you can drive on it, then walk the finished driveway with you and go over first winter care and your warranty.

Concrete driveway questions, answered
How thick should a concrete driveway be?
Four inches is the usual minimum for cars and light trucks. We go five or six inches with heavier steel where the driveway meets the street, at RV and trailer parking, at turnarounds, and anywhere a delivery truck will cross. The right thickness for your driveway depends on what you park on it, your soil, and where water goes, and the number we are building to is written into your proposal and your contract.
How long does a concrete driveway last in Colorado?
A driveway poured on firm ground over a solid compacted gravel base, with the right concrete, steel held up off the dirt, and joints cut where they belong, will serve you for decades. What shortens a Colorado driveway is almost never traffic. It is a weak base, water sitting where it should not, and ice melt eating the surface.
Should I repair or replace my driveway?
Repair is reasonable when the slab is structurally sound and the damage is localized, such as a single settled panel or an isolated crack. Replacement is the honest answer when cracking is widespread, panels have heaved or settled relative to each other, the surface is spalling across large areas, or the base underneath has failed.
How long does a driveway project take?
Most residential driveway replacements are demolition and preparation on the first days, placement on a single day, and then curing. Foot traffic is typically acceptable at 24 to 48 hours, passenger vehicles at seven days, and heavy vehicles at 28 days. Cold weather extends every one of those windows.
Why do concrete driveways crack?
Concrete shrinks as it cures, so some cracking is a material behavior rather than a defect. The job of the contractor is to control where it happens. Joints cut early, spaced to slab thickness, and laid out to the driveway geometry direct shrinkage into planned lines instead of random ones.
